  • 포스터 게재 장소: 비발디파크 소노캄 타워D동 3층 에메랄드홀 및 로비일부
  • 포스터 사이즈 : 최대 가로 90cm * 세로 115cm (해당 사이즈의 공간 제공, 부착 물품 제공)
  • 포스터 작성 : 영문

1. 포스터 게재 부착 및 수거 일정

이번 학술대회에서는 Poster Viewing 으로 진행되며, 별도의 발표는 없사오니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
포스터 부착 1월 14일 (수) 12:00 부터
포스터 세션 1월 15일 (목) 12:20 - 13:20
포스터 수거 1월 16일 (금) 11:00 이후
  • ▶ 우수포스터상 심사는 게재된 포스터와 초록으로 진행되므로 반드시 포스터를 부착하여주시기 바랍니다.
  • 승인안내는 12월 내로 공지 예정입니다.
  • 포스터를 부착하지 않거나 시간을 준수하지 않을 경우에는 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다.
  • 수거하지 않은 포스터는 파기됩니다.

2. 우수 포스터 시상 안내

  • 일정 : 1월 16일(금) 12시 10분(세션 발표 종료 후) – 우수 포스터 시상, 경품추첨 및 폐회
  • 장소 : 비발디파크 소노캄 타워D동 그랜드볼룸I
  • 수상자에게는 1월 16일 (금) 10시까지 알림 문자로 개별 안내 합니다. 수상자 불참 시 수상이 취소될 수 있습니다. 대리인 수상은 가능합니다.
  • 시상 내역 : 우수 포스터 발표자에게 상금과 상장 수여

3. 내 포스터 번호 확인하기

*포스터 카테고리와 번호를 꼭 숙지하신 후 현장에서 포스터를 게재하여 주시기 바랍니다.
