포스터 게재 장소: 벡스코 컨벤션홀 3층 포스터룸
포스터 사이즈 : 최대 가로 90cm * 세로 115cm (해당 사이즈의 공간이 제공, 부착 물품 제공)
포스터 작성 : 영문
포스터 발표 : 영문

2. 포스터 게재 부착 및 수거 일정

이번 학술대회에서는 Poster Presentation 으로 진행되며, Presentation시간이 나누어져 있으니 시간을 반드시 체크 바랍니다.

▶ 포스터 게재 및 발표는 17일, 18일 양일 간 홀수와 짝수번호로 나누어 진행됩니다.
▶ 우수포스터상 응모에 체크하신 분께서는 포스터 발표 시간에 꼭 참석하여 주시길 바랍니다.
(우수포스터상 심사에 반영)

승인안내는 7월 말 공지 예정입니다.
포스터를 부착하지 않거나 시간을 준수하지 않을 경우에는 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다.
수거하지 않은 포스터는 파기됩니다.
포스터 번호는 카테고리 번호 – 숫자로 이루어져 있습니다 반드시 현장에 부착된 게시판 윗쪽의 카테고리명과 번호를 확인하시어 자신의 공간에 게시 부탁드립니다.

우수 포스터 시상 안내

일정 : 8월 18일(금) 16시 40분(세션 발표 종료 후) – 우수포스터 시상, 경품추첨 및 폐회
장소 : 벡스코 컨벤션홀 ROOM A

수상자에게는 8월 18일(금) 16시 이전에 알림 문자로 개별안내 합니다. 수상자 불참 시 수상이 취소 될 수 있습니다. 대리인 수상은 가능 합니다.
시상 내역 : 우수 포스터 발표자에게 상금과 상장 수여
