Registrants can request a refund of the registration fee through contact KSSCR.
By August 1, 2024 to request a refunds will be processed only for necessarily the thing received by e-mail.

Please send 'Registration Cancellation Request' to the KSSCR e-mail.
After receiving the request, the payment cancellation will be processed within 3 days. E-mail Address: ksscr@ksscr.org

Guideline to 'Registration Cancellation Request E-mail 한글 Ver.

  • Subject: Cancellation - Card – Registrant's Name (ID)
  • Body: Registrant's ID / Registrant's Name / E-mail address to receive a cancellation receipt * Cancellation receipts will be automatically sent from the payment system.

  • Subject: Cancellation - Wire Transfer - Registrant's Name (ID)
  • Body: Registrant's ID / Registrant's Name / E-mail address to receive a cancellation receipt * No refunds after completion of the academic competition, done within 10 business days.
'등록 취소 접수 메일 내용'
ㆍ메일 제목 : 등록 취소[카드결제] – 등록자 성명(ID)
ㆍ본문 : 등록자 ID / 등록자 성명 / 취소 영수증 회신 받을 이메일

※카드 결제 취소 영수증은 카드시스템에서 자동 발송됩니다.
